In the heart of the Aude, 15 minutes from Carcassonne, close to the cultural centers, you will discover the hamlet of Pommayrac surrounded by meadows, scrub and scrubland.(place preserved without treatments) It is in an old agricultural building of our farm, that we have fitted out a large independent cottage of 230 m2 with beautiful living rooms, a fitted kitchen with pantry, tvdvd lounge. wooded and pleasant garden, sheltered by cypresses, garden furniture and deckchairs, plancha and barbecue.
You can admire the Corbières, all within the hamlet.
ACTIVITIES:
- 45 m2 playroom with billiards and table tennis in the gîte.
- Village swimming pool, 3 minutes by car at your disposal, with 2 pools and swimming lessons.(July and August)
- our ponies at any time of the day
- Equestrian farm with ponies and horses (courses and walks) in the hamlet.
- Many hiking trails (marked FFRP trails) around the cottage
--Very good butchery in the village.

Peaceful and convenient

House was beautifully well equipped, immaculately clean and tidy. It’s in an excellent location only 15 minutes from Carcassonne but with absolute peace and quiet. Local pool in the Village was great in the heat. The local butcher carries bread, pastries, preserves and lovely wine, not forgetting meat. Laurence was wonderful with ideas of where to visit, and was available for anything we needed but otherwise very discreet.

Paisible et convivial

Gîte parfaitement conçu pour une famille avec des personnes aux horaires de couchers et de levers très différents ! Mais on peut se rassembler facilement dans la cuisine ou pour manger dehors. L'accès libre à la piscine municipale est un vrai plus quand il fait trop chaud . Quand à l'environnement, il est magnifique et propice à l'observation des chevaux ou poneys du centre équestre. Propriétaire très sympathique !

Tolles, ruhiges Ferienhaus

Ein tolles Ferienhaus, idyllisch gelegen, riesig groß, gut eingerichtete Küche - einfach gemütlich und ideal zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die unsere Kinder auf ihren Ponys reiten ließ und sehr zuvorkommend war! Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder!

Super séjour

Nous avons passé 2 semaines superbes dans ce gite très spacieux et bien équipé, au calme, avec une salle de jeu très appréciée des enfants (et des plus grands!). Environnement calme, chemins qui partent du gîte, piscine municipale proche et peu fréquentée, emplacement parfait pour visiter Carcassonne et sa région, c'etait parfait pour des vacances en famille, merci!

Bonne semaine de vacances, accès à la piscine du village à 3 minutes en voiture appréciable quand il fait très chaud, nous avons pu faire une balade avec grizzli, bonne literies, super accueil avec beaucoup de conseil de visites.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le lieu est retiré et calme. La location est conforme à l'annonce. Il y a beaucoup d'espace et les enfants peuvent circuler en toute tranquillité. La mise à disposition des deux poneys a ravi nos filles. Propriétaires très sympas.

Ontspannen vakantie in een rustig gelegen huis

Groot en goed onderhouden huis. De uitstekende BBQ en het overdekte terras zorgen voor een prima ervaring om buiten te eten: geen directe zon en ook in de avond is het prima vertoeven. De tuin is niet helemaal vlak, maar desondanks konden we prima ons zwembadje kwijt. De tafeltennistafel en pooltafel zorgde voor een leuke afleiding in de verloren uren. Contact met de eigenaar is vlot en doeltreffend, alhoewel het wel een beetje behelpen is met het engels. Het huis ligt afgelegen, maar de nodige uitstapjes zijn prima te doen (Carcassonne, middelandse zee, pyreneeën).

Location très belle et spatieuse (petit bonus : la salle de jeux privée pour petits et grands) Environ très calme proche de nombreuses activités et visites. Piscine du village au top avec animations gratuites. Accueil très sympathique. Les enfants ont adoré faire du poney. N’hésitez pas à y séjourner vous passerez un moment en famille inoubliable!!

Superbe location

Tres grande maison parfaitement équipée, idéale pour une (très) grande famille. Les enfants ont apprécié la dalle de jeux (billard, ping pong) et les balades en poney avec Bianca et Grizzli ! Accès à la jolie piscine municipale. Excellentes vacances!

Sehr gutes Haus als Ausgangsbasis für Familien

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig angelegt, sinnvoll aufgeteilt und gut ausgestattet. Es bietet genug Platz für zwei Familien mit je drei Kindern. Bad und Küche sind modern und gut ausgestattet. Alles ist sauber. Der Garten ist etwas vernachlässigt und bietet kaum eine gerade Fläche, so dass der große Tisch nur mit etwas Mühe gerade hingestellt werden kann. Wünschenswert wäre gerade im Sommer eine Stelle im Garten, die Morgens und Abends Schatten spendet. Dies ist aber nur eine eher geringfügige Einschränkung, wir haben den Tisch einfach im Garten versetzt. Die Mauris sind sehr freundliche Vermieter, sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir würden es wieder tun...

gîte au calme et très agéable

Gîte au calme à quelques minutes de la piscine municipale (gratuite avec le gîte) pour un petit plongeon en fin de journée. Des tas de visites possibles aux alentours. Literie très confortable, très bon équipement, spacieux et décoré avec goût. Merci également aux propriétaires pour les balades en poney, le miel et leurs conseils de visite et leur discrétion.

Wunderbar für Familien!

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen, sehr groß und perfekt für Familien mit Kindern jeden Alters geeignet. Sie liegt außerhalb eines Dorfes und ist in einen Reiterhof integriert. Von dort aus können zahlreiche Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung unternommen werden. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Très agréable location dans une région magnifique

Très belle location, la maison est très spacieuse, refaite à neuf avec beaucoup de goût, nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour, au calme, au milieu du centre équestre juché sur la colline de Pommayrac. Deux poneys sont à disposition pour les locataires, et nos enfants s'en sont donné à coeur joie. La piscine, à 3 minutes en voiture en bas au village, est très agréable également. La région est magnifique, notamment la ville de Carcassonne située à seulement 10/15 minutes. Mention spéciale pour les propriétaires qui nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d'attention.
