It's not a hotel. It's rooms in a building converted into hotel rooms. No elevator and no staff to help with luggage. My room about 40 steps up. Had difficulty getting cab service back to the train. The owners were never around and not much help. On a positive note, the room was walkable distance to the major attractions. The small restaurant downstairs was wonderful.

Great location and accommodation is in a beautiful historic building. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. Only downside is if you are tall the upper level rooms may not suit you.

The room was basic and adequate for one night, as we were attending the opera. As we had an attic room my husband had to crouch most of the time to avoid banging his head. If we had had to stay for more than one night it would have felt cramped. A kettle in the room would have been appreciated. We also had to call for check in details after the agreed check in time.

Fantastic place second time i have checked in to a place with no staff but it was such an easy thing to do once i got instructions via what’s app and the room was very spacious and clean i would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Verona as it’s just a short walk from Juliet’s house and the other main sites of Verona the only thing that let me down was the weather!planning a trip next year hopefully it will be free

This property is a gem in Verona. Just across the river from the old town, the room was spacious, very clean, had a really comfortable bed and the owners were very helpful getting us checked in. Definitely recommend!

Amazing little find!

Amazing little find! Piano Tre was perfect for our one night stay in Verona…excellent location for all the main sights, bars and restaurants. Marco greeted us earlier than normal check in and gave us so much advice on how to tour the city in a day! Loved it 😍

Simple very comfortable small hotel (5 rooms total, third floor of old mansion). Great location: quiet residential neighbourhood but literally a five minute walk over the bridge to the madness of Juliets House. Rooms clever quietly elegant design. Hotel owner warm, exuberant, very helpful.. Walk up so perhaps not the best for people with lots of luggage or troubled knees. Come and go as please with codes - not a hotel with 24 hour staff or room service if that important to you.is
