Transport facilities, No buses not everyone can afford Taxis always, receptionist are not professionals, they are not helpful. Customers smoking in 4 floor all the 4 days we spent, we reported it because 2 of us are asthmatic but they totally ignored us.

I choose this property beeing close to Borgo Roma hospital.The bed was soo comfortable🙂 The price is too high for what it offers. 200€ or more for night in that area I think it’s too much.

The hotel's location was ideal for us, conveniently close to the highway, making it easy to avoid traffic in the morning. Check-in was smooth, the WiFi was strong, and the bar downstairs was enjoyable. Although the room was a bit small, it was manageable. However, there were a few downsides: a dirty hand towel, cracked bathroom tiles with unsightly black grout, and loud music in the gym with no way to turn it off. The gym also lacked exercise mats. On a positive note, check-out was quick and error-free. The parking area was a mix of pavement and dirt but was a decent size overall.

Bed is extremely hard, so as the pillows, no air circulation in the room, gets very warm even in Nov, air conditioning only allowed to be used during summer. Room is very tiny. You can till the building is old, in the shower corner, there is mold…1 set of towel is provided, the other set is hidden in the closet. The breakfast is 12 euro and it is the worst I had in Europe, at 9:00 (1hr 30 mins before the breakfast finishes) food are out, no refill is coming in about half hour, even water is out… Lobby is very noisy during night, they hold events who are not guest of the hotel… Do not stay here
