Specciu Village Life Family Apartment

Specciu is a lovely, cozy apartment, entirely restored in 2023,  just a few steps from the famous main square and marina of Vernazza village.



The apartment is located on a first floor, with a few outdoor steps (10 in total) from the main street and indoor steps (10) inside the building. It opens on a large open space with a kitchen corner, dining table and single bed. From the living area we have access to the double bedroom and the bathroom with a large shower.



A welcoming wood floor gives a homey aspect to the entire property.



WIFI and AC available 
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and a dining table. Housekeeping is available on request.

Very comfy, great location

This sweet compact apartment was perfect for our stay. It was quiet and tucked in the darling narrow stair-covered walking streets, and so close to the plaza with plenty of action. My husband and I and a friend comfortably stayed for a few days, spending all our days and evenings out hiking and exploring. The only thing that was not ideal was that there was very minimal natural light and no views of anything, which may be the case with most places in that type of neighborhood. However, the whole place was clean and organized and stocked with coffee and snacks. The towels were incredibly soft, which I don’t find I don’t find in many places, so that was a treat. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows so we could easily “lounge” and read, have phone calls, etc. when we went back after dinner. The property manager was professional, friendly, and amazing at communicating—and graciously followed through with me on my last minute check-in. Overall, it was a wonderful stay for us, and we’d come back again.
