By booking the Elegant Downtown Condo, you are agreeing to our Rental Conditions:
•This is a smoke-, vape-, and drug-free property ($500 violation fee)
•Pets are NOT permitted on the property ($500 violation fee)
•No parties allowed. Violators will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund
•Guest making the reservation must be 25+ and must stay at the property during the reservation
•Failure to comply with check-in and check-out times will result in a $25 fine for the initial violation and every 30 minutes thereafter
Two guests (plus infant) is the maximum amount of people allowed to stay at this property. ***Please note: Because we reside in this home for part of the year, our property has been granted an exemption for health reasons from standard accessibility policies regarding all animals including both service and emotional support animals. We want everyone to feel welcome and completely understand how important these animals are, so we are truly very sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.
