The home features 4 bedrooms plus a bonus room, 6 beds, and 2.5 baths. Enjoy the warmth of the hot tub in the fenced backyard, or challenge friends to a game in the finished basement. With easy access to local attractions, this retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

• Please follow the home’s approved occupancy limit at all times.

• No parties, events, or illegal activity are permitted.

• Please keep noise to a respectful level, especially outdoors and during evening hours.

• Be considerate of neighbors and avoid anything that may disrupt their quiet enjoyment.

• Trailers are not permitted to be stored or parked on site.

• Guests must follow all posted house rules, safety guidelines, and local regulations.



City violations may result in fines or other penalties, so we truly appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep this home available for future guests. Thank you for being respectful and helping us be great neighbors! 😊



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home, including the basement with washer/dryer and garage



The Neighborhood:

Across the street from the community pool and playground, guests can pay a fee to use the pool in the summer months.

The Vermilion community pool will be open May 24–26, closed May 27–29, and reopens May 30. It will close for the season on August 17.

Tuesday & Thursday: 12–6pm

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.



🤫 Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.



🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Unauthorized guests



🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



🔥 Grill Use:

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!

If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!



🐾 Pets:

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee

Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100



❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.

NO cats allowed!

Hot Tub Cleanliness Fine: $250

To avoid this, please follow these simple rules:

🚿 Shower with soap and water before entering to remove lotions, oils, or substances that affect water quality.

⏳ If you have sensitive skin, limit use to 15-minute intervals and shower after use to avoid irritation.

🛁 Use beach towels, not bath towels.

👫 Max occupancy: 7 guests

🚸 No unsupervised kids

🚫 No diving or jumping

🍔🥤 No food or drink in the tub

🚫🥂 No glass in or near the hot tub

🧼 Keep the hot tub clean and clear

🤫 Respect neighbors – keep noise down

🚭 No smoking in the hot tub

♨️ Turn off the jets after use

✅ Always cover the hot tub after use

❌ No pets in the hot tub

❗ Do not turn off the hot tub — only turn off the jets.

→ The temperature should remain at 100°F when not in use.

🧴 Do not add any chemicals, chlorine, bromine, essential oils, bath products, or hot tub scents without HomeHop’s knowledge and approval. Overuse or misuse of chemicals may result in additional cleaning or maintenance charges.



👟 Shoes off inside:

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $400 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



📌NOTE: Refunds will be issued minus any applicable Stripe payment processing fees, which are not recoverable on our end.
