Great front desk help!

Donna at the front desk was amazing!! She was so accommodating after she heard about our nightmare with the other hotel. Got us in and took care of us. The only down side was sports teams that were not following the 10 pm quiet time rule. However, the hotel can only do so much when parents leave their children unattended.

Definitely not a 3-star hotel. All the chairs in our room were covered in stains...disgusting. We had to get them changed. The staff person on duty was very helpful, but the property shouldn't be in such gross condition.
