Each apartment has a maximum capacity for 4 adults, as it features 2 bedrooms (one of them with nest beds of 80 x 200). It also has 1 full bathroom with bathtub or shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living-dining room with Smart TV.

Located in the Alborada Residential Complex, a textile urbanisation about 150 metres from El Playazo, with lift, communal swimming pool + children's pool (open in June, July, August and September), paddle tennis court, children's playground, and underground garage. Just 200 metres away you'll find bars and restaurants, and a large supermarket and a water park less than 5 minutes by car.

There is a bus stop very close by so you can visit neighbouring towns like Garrucha, Mojácar and Villaricos. The Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and the Mini Hollywood theme park are less than 1 hour by car.

Precioso apartamento con detalles a mejorar

El apartamento y la finca son eSpectaculares, de diseño moderno y entorno agradable con una piscina increible. El apartamento está muy escaso de vasos y platos, y cafeteras estropeadas. El lavavajillas no funciona bien, hay que empujar un poco la rueda de vez en cuando para que siga y el sifón pierde agua que hay que estar todo e rato recogiendo. Todo eso teniendo en cuenta que al recoger la llave nos dijeron que estaba en orden. El socorrista no trata igual a los propietarios que a los alquilados, generando situaciones de tensión. En resumen, si te metes en tu burbuja y pasas de todo disfrutarás mucho pero sino pasaras ratos desagradables.
