This true Green home is environmentally friendly and comfortable all year round. The property overlooks the sea with a stunning panoramic view and features a private terrace where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. There is Wi-Fi throughout, and high-quality, double-glazed, soundproof windows ensure a peaceful stay—inside, it’s virtually silent even with the windows closed. For summer comfort, two fans are provided. Please note, the property is near the coastal road, so you may hear some traffic noise on the sun terrace—just a small trade-off for such a privileged, scenic location. Access note: the road includes an uphill stretch; standard cars have no issues, but vehicles with automatic transmission or low ground clearance may require extra care. Pros: Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, Giancarlo super zuvorkommend & hilfsbereit, die Lage ist an sich toll allerdings ist der Weg dahin gar nicht so einfach, aber mit etwas Geduld gut machbar
