Very cute home - it’s obvious the host put a lot of thought and effort into making this place feel like home and includes a lot of amenities and extras you may need. Kitchen has everything you need and more, game room is a great way to wind down after a day at the beach. Location is fairly close to beaches and also not far from places like Publix or Walmart. Sun canopy, folding chairs and cooler (in shed) were very handy for beach trips. Beds were very comfortable, appreciated the black out curtains in bedrooms. Overall, a great little place for beach getaway.A few other things to note:- House is on a septic system for waste. Host requests you only flush natural waste, no toilet paper, and provides receptacle for toilet paper disposal.- Third bedroom with two beds is a converted garage with separate door to outside directly from it. This outside door has 2 locks on it. It is on the other side of the house from the other 2 bedrooms. - Caspersen Beach is currently unreachable by vehicle due to hurricane in 2024. The road was washed out. This is the closest beach to the house so you will have to travel a few minutes farther to Manasota Beach or Venice Beach (Sharkey’s). - We loved visiting Tiki Tyme gift shop which is super close to the house.- Earth Treasures is a great shop for shark/dive knowledge and shark tooth museum. - You will probably become a shark tooth hunter - just go with it and have fun! Manasota is a great beach for hunting. Watch the locals and learn.

What a great spot for a quick Thanksgiving getaway! This house had everything we were looking for and more--super clean, very nicely decorated, perfect sleeping arrangements, game room, well stocked kitchen, great family room for watching shows as a family, fenced in backyard for your dog, and very convenient to stores and the beach.
