The only part of the house that will not be at the guest disposal will be the master closet.

Pool will be open year-round and during colder month heating system for the pool will be available. Grill is to be kept on the outside deck of pool grease can stain the pavers.
Our home is 10 minute drive to the beach, We have beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach amenities at guest disposal to use.
