Great, clean house with pool

Great place to stay. Had friends in for golf for the week. The house was very clean and looked like it was recently updated. The pool was very clean and comfortable I would stay there again if we do this again.

Great location and hosts

Our family loves staying at this cozy and well appointed house. It is only 5 minutes from Fox Lea Farms for horse shows and 10 minutes to the beach and lots of great mom & pop restaurants in downtown Venice. The hosts are friendly and easy to work with - it’s a real gem! When we come back to Venice, we will stay again!

Perfectly Suited For A Family

We had a wonderful experience at this home. The pool was fantastic, the house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The property manager was incredibly responsive and made sure we had a great stay. We came in town to visit family and it was the perfect distance for us to their home, the beach, great restaurants, and much more. A great overall stay.

Family/Friends Vacation

It was a great trip! The house met all of our needs and expectations. We would rather have been in control of the thermostat ourselves because it got hot in the house at night, but the owner was easy to reach and adjusted it right away. Same goes for the pool lights, but we didn’t ask to keep them on longer. All in all, it was a great house, great location, and very easy to reach owner! We recommend this house and would definitely stay there again!!!

Incredible Host and Rental

We could not believe this was the property and for such a cheap and reasonable rate. The location is perfect. The house was better than expected. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need to cook and entertain without feeling like you won't have enough silverware or plates (like most rentals usually are). The whole house is like new. Modern and updated in a safe, residential area. All beds had quality mattresses (this is usually my biggest complaint at most short term rentals). There were ample towels -- even a complete set for the pool or beach. To say we were satisfied would be an understatement. The host is a legitimate super host. We could not be happier with our experience.

“2023” Venema Spring Break

Overall property was very nice and pretty much just like pictures. Great location, clean, and quiet neighborhood. Grill worked great and was nice to have on site washer/dryer for laundry. Pool was very clean and water temp was awesome. Beach chairs worked great. *Beach umbrella was broken prior to our use. *Was nice to have bikes provided except that some tires were flat and pump that was in garage did not work. *Hallway bath shower curtain needs to be replaced , had some mold. *Shower Curtains do not contain water into shower pans, had to put down towels outside of showers to keep floor dry.

Great Venice Vacation

Everything in the house was clean and just as described in the listing. We had a lot of fun in the pool and using the bikes. Location is great, very close to downtown and Venice beach. We would definitely recommend.

Family Trip-

Property was in a great location for what we wanted. House was clean. We agree with previous post, bed linens weren't great and could be upgraded. Pull out couch mattress was a little thin for sleeping on. Kitchen was nice and big and had everything we needed, including spices! We especially loved that the place had 2 fridges, one in the garage that we used for drinks and one in the house. It was well equipped with everything you need for the beach. (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels). There were bikes that we used every morning. Property was close to grocery store, pharmacy and Italian bakery. We spent lots of time by the pool day and night. The lights at night provided a great atmosphere. Aneta was wonderful answered any questions we had. We ran out of propane and she reimbursed us for the cost to refill it. The downfall to this property is the property manager, Paul. He was rude and used vulgar language when he texted us. Not something you want to deal with when you are away for rest and relaxation. After he used profanity, all communication we had was with Aneta only. We would consider staying again because of Aneta and the property.
