I’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times and it’s always excellent! The staff were extremely friendly, and the room usually ready early. Rooms are clean and spacious. Location is great, being right in the middle of the downtown and less than a 10 min walk to Mälardalen university. The breakfast is fantastic!! Lots of variety of hot and cold foods. Highly recommend this hotel!!

The room was very clean and had everything I needed. The bed was a little wobbly, but that might be just my preference. The breakfast was really great. Better than a larger hotel chain that I stayed at in Stockholm. If you want a sampling of traditional Swedish breakfast items, they had it. Several different types of knäckebröd and regular bread. Lots of different meat options and pickled herring to put on it. They had traditional Swedish rosehip soup and blueberry soup options. They also had eggs and bacon and several other things.

Trevligt hotell med bra läge i Västerås. Det var lite krångligt med ”kuddmenyn” då man var tvungen att gå till receptionen och byta till önskad kudde. Vanligtvis brukar det istället finnas ett par, tre olika varianter att välja mellan på rummet. Annars en trevlig vistelse och god frukost.
