Wir buchen seit Jahren über Belvilla, aber dies war das erste Mal, dass die Bedingungen der Buchung nicht vollständig erfüllt wurden. Unser Ferienhaus war von FranceComfort, aber wir haben über Belvilla gebucht. Offenbar gab es zwischen den beiden Unternehmen Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten. Die Wohnadresse auf den Buchungsunterlagen stimmte nicht mit dem erhaltenen Ferienhaus überein. Es gibt mehrere Ferienparks an diesem Ort; Unser Ferienhaus hatte keinen Zugang zum Pool. Laut unseren Buchungsunterlagen waren wir in einem anderen Park, an einer anderen Adresse, mit Zugang zum Schwimmbad. Glücklicherweise konnten wir uns mit den Managern selbst einigen, sodass unsere Kinder in den Pool durften. Ein weiteres Beispiel für Missverständnisse: Wir hatten ein Haus mit 2 Badezimmern gebucht; Unser Ferienhaus hatte nur 1 Badezimmer. Noch eine Anmerkung: Die Fotos auf der Website zeigten ein völlig anderes Ferienhaus, sowohl außen als auch innen. Trotzdem hat uns unsere Reise gefallen. Hoffentlich kann der Missverständnisse zwischen Belvilla und FranceComfort in Zukunft vermieden werden.
