An entrance hall, a living room open to the kitchen, a bedroom and a mezzanine.
A bathroom and two toilets, one in the bathroom and a second separate one.
Small south-facing balcony, view of the slope.

The apartment is equipped with:
a speaker, an electric fireplace, a combi oven, a kettle, a dolce gusto coffee machine, a hand blender, a toaster.

The beds are organized as follows:
- bedroom 1: bunk bed 90 x 180 and a drawer bed
- mezzanine: 1 bed 140 x 200
- living room: sofa bed 140 x 200
