Noisy motor running all night

We had a terrible nights sleep due to a noisy motor in the ceiling right outside our room. The motor would cut in every 20 minutes and then run for about 20 minutes. I would have asked to change rooms but we arrived late evening and had to be up early again the next morning.

Chambre très exiguë, moins de 12 m², pas d'eau chaude dans la salle de bains, impossible de prendre une douche, le personnel nous a dit que nous ne savions pas nous servir du robinet thermostatique, sauf que nous avons le même chez nous, j'ai fait coulé l'eau pendant plus de 10 minutes (bonjour les économies) en faisant varié le thermostat, pas d'eau chaude, il ne devait plus y en avoir et vu la réflexion de l'employé, nous ne devions pas être les seuls à nous en plaindre, literie très inconfortable avec un trou au milieu du lit, le petit-déjeuner payant à 9,90 € n'est pas justifié, peu de choix, plus de pain et viennoiserie à partir de 9 h alors qu'il est possible jusqu'à 9 h 30, petit buffet incomplet, hôtel très décevant, nous n'y reviendrons pas, mauvais rapport qualité/prix, je ne recommande pas.
