The apartment is perfected located. Walking distance from the center and easy access by car. Underground parking is secure. You have 2 shop right at the bottom of your building and Vannes is a beautiful town.

The apartment was exactly as the photos, and the location was perfect, midway between the old town and the port. The basement parking was brilliant - the car stayed cool, and we were able to leave the rest of our luggage in there knowing it was secure. The Carrefour local and the boulangerie / patisserie, both under the apartment, made life very easy.

Exzellente Lage. Sehr praktischer Tiefgaragenparkplatz. Relativ viel Straßenlärm. In der Küche fehlt ein großer Topf. Ein Supermarkt und ein guter Bäcker sind direkt im Haus. Sehr gute Möglichkeiten für Hunde-Spaziergänge in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Schönes Vannes
Die Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Besonders angenehm auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage und die Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder.Die Lage zwischen Innenstadt, Hafen und Golf ist perfekt. Die Promenade am Kanal entlang ist ein echtes Highlight.Leider verläuft zwischen Promenade und der Wohnanlage eine intensiv befahrene Straße, was deutlichen Verkehrslärm verursacht. Dies war aus der Beschreibung nicht erkennbar. Für mich wurde die Wohnqualität hierdurch leider beeinträchtigt.
