Villa in quiet area with private pool, 10min beach and center:
Private villa of 120m2 located in the Vanessa Park urbanization of l'Hospitalet de l'Infant only 10min from the beach and town center, 22min from Reus Airport and 30min from Port Aventura. It is distributed on the ground floor and has a garden with a built-in barbecue and a private 8x4m pool open all year round. The three bedrooms have two double beds and three single beds. There are two complete bathrooms with shower and bathtub, equipped kitchen, AC, radiators, TV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, private parking area and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. Pets are allowed with an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

Great stay

5 of us stayed with my dog, we had a great time. Very quiet neighbourhood, exactly what we were looking for, only a 3 minutes drive to the supermarket and 5 to the beach, which was stunning. The villa had everything that we needed. Great communication from the hosts from start to finish.

Alojamiento que no llega a las expectativas de sus fotos

Las fotos del alojamiento elevan las expectativas, la realidad es que, aún siendo un alojamiento correcto, presenta bastante desperfectos (puertas rotas, desconchones en las paredes, puertas mal acabadas), los colchones son incómodos, necesitan un cambio, en el jardín no hay cesped, se ha secado completamente, ..., prácticamente lo único que cumple las expectativas son la cocina y la piscina. En la llegada avisé que había llegado con 20 min de adelanto sobre la hora de entrada de contrato (las 16h), no obstante el trato no me pareció correcto, resultó poco amable y tuve que esperar en el exterior de la vivienda aproximadamente 30 min (debo decir que tras ese primer contacto los posteriores contactos con Francesca, incluso en al check-in fueron correctos). Está cerrado por contrato (checkin 16h, checkout 11h) pero creo que hay poca flexibilidad en este aspecto. En definitiva, el alojamiento no llegó a la expectativas de acuerdo a las fotos y el trato con la agencia fué correcto pero poco flexible.
