We booked one night over the weekend and we got a message on Wednesday evening saying the hotel could not accommodate us. We’ve been trying to contact the hotel to issue the refund and reached out to the expedia team and they’ve sent a request to process the refund but the hotel doesn’t not answer nor do they respond. We ended up having to pay more for the last minute change for our weekend and this was no ideal and very inconvenient.
