Great house, sketchy neighborhood
The house suited exactly what we needed. The neighborhood was a bit shocking, so do your research before booking. The house was clean and spacious. Would recommend more pillows and towels but everything else was adequate.

Nice House, nice owner, but bad neighborhood!
Nice house with all the aminities! Owner very helpful and fast to answer questions. But the neighborhood is not great with lots of homeless people in streets nearby! Not fun to run in the morning or walk at night!

Clean and comfortable
Our family of six stayed here for three nights. The home interior is clean and comfortable. There is easy parking in the rear. We went to two concerts at Rogers Arena and it was very convenient to get there via Uber.
The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.
The only negative is the neighborhood. Lots of unhoused and folks suffering from addiction. We only went from the house directly into our vehicle/uber with our four teen daughters.

Cute Place
It is a very nice and updated place. I would suggest that address be placed in the back fence for easier access. Also be aware that you may go through a very undesirable area before reaching rental. Once there you will be happy with the unit itself.

Modern decor, decent and close proximity to the downtown attractions.
Property was decent for the price and access to the main downtown attractions. Host was accommodating and responsive. We were there with our old parents and teenager kids and everybody had their own space, privacy. Bathrooms were large, which was great. Overall a very nice experience.
