Two level Laneway home with a total size about 510sqf (47SQM).
First floor (the ground floor) is bedroom and bathroom.
Second floor will be living room/kitchen and laundry.
First floor and second floor are connected by stairs.
Please refer to floor plan in the pictures for detailed layout.
The space has a private access.
It is modernly furnished.
The bedroom features 1 queen size medium firm tempur pedic bed along with comfortable bedding, TV, towels and other essentials.
The living space feature 1 queen size sofa bed, TV and kitchen and full size washer and dryer.
All rooms have sun block blinds.
Lots of storage space on site at both first and second floor.
Other Things to Note:
We take cleanliness and safety seriously, hence why professional cleaner is hired to perform the top notch cleaning and sanitization service after each booking.
No party is allowed, quiet time will be 11pm - 8am.
No smoking cigarettes and marjuana, vaping inside the house please.|
