Nestled in Surrey Central, this inviting seperate garden suite offers a cozy and relaxing retreat. Boasting two bedrooms featuring 2 comfortable queen beds, a kitchen equipped with all the essentials and a welcoming guest lounge, this residence promises a delightful stay. Within minutes drive to all amenities. Easily transit accessible- main bus stop is only 2 min walk away. Perfect for FIFA fans! Less than 10-minute drive/bus ride to Scott Road Station then direct Expo Line SkyTrain to BC Place. This is laneway home is complelety private and located behind the duplex and therefore, will be super peaceful and quiet with no disturbances or noises from anyone. Brand new home which was recently built in February 2026. You would be amongst the first people to stay here!
