We offer self check in so it's convenient for whenever you choose to arrive. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is also a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, arcade games, and an air hockey table.

🔶️The living room is very spacious and includes a recliner, sofa, and love seat that all recline. There is a smart TV that has all of the major streaming apps. Wifi is also available for you!

🔶️The kitchen includes plenty of plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses, pots and pans, toaster, mixer, microwave, spices and other cooking essentials, cleaning products, a full stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, a fully stocked coffee bar, stove and oven, and a hand-crafted dining table that can seat up to 7 guests.

🔶️A full size washer and dryer is included in the home with guest access to detergent pods, dryer sheets, shout stain remover and bleach for any washing needs you need during your stay.

🔶️The full bathroom includes a tub/shower combo with a detachable shower head for convenience. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, baby wash and lotion, towels, wash cloths, baby towels/wash cloths, and a baby rinse cup.

🔶️There are 3 bedrooms and a sofa couch in the game room:
🔹️Room 1 (queen bed)
🔹️Room 2 (queen bed)
🔹️Room 3 (Twin XL Bed, with a trundle Twin XL that can pull from underneath if needed, the trundle IS a tight fit but there if needed).
🔹️Gameroom (1 double bed sofa couch. If that is too small, we also have a full size blow up mattress on a frame located in the master room closet.)
Each room has a portable fan for guest comfort. There is a pack n Play located in the closet of room 3. Hangers are in each room closet and rooms 1 and 2 also include a dresser for additional clothing storage during your stay. There are smart TVs in each bedroom as well with ALL the major streaming apps.

🔶️Pyper's Place is excited to offer a game room that is connected to the rear of the living room. It features 2 arcade machines that have several "old school" games on each. Some of the games include Ms. Pac-Man, Galaga, Street Fighter, Commando, and many others! There is also an air hockey table, and a 55" TV with an original vintage PS1 (with games), and a new model Nintendo with over 600 retro games pre-installed in the console. The game room also has a selection of books for those who might like a relaxing evening with a good read. The game room couch also folds out into a double bed for extra sleeping space!

🔶️Outside, the back carport area has a dining table with an umbrella and a gas grill on the front porch for outdoor entertaining. We also have a firepit with 4 adirondack chairs around it, firewood located at the edge of the front porch, 10 roasting sticks located in the house kitchen drawer, and a disk swing. There is gravel parking on the premises that can easily fit 3 vehicles. If additional parking is needed, there is room for 1 vehicle at the back of the house and includes a private entrance there as well.

The home is decorated for Christmas (including a Christmas tree) from Dec. 1st- Feb 1st. ☃️❄️🎄

Our group of 6 adults was so comfortable staying here. We had everything that we needed and so much more. The owners really thought of everything when they set this place up. We had warm comfy towels, comfortable beds with multiple sleeping options, all sorts of games, great parking, plenty of seating indoors and out, and even snacks/drinks with a cute little welcome sign! We all really hope the place is available for next year's annual float trip.

Very Homey!

Our stay was so comfortable and roomy from the first moment you enter through the door, everything we could possibly need was there. Our host went out of his way to order a 2 step stool to get up into the master bed better as it is higher than usual when he had heard of my sister being somewhat handicapped. Perfect Stay!

This place was perfect. The host thought of everything. Very cozy and welcoming. Our kids enjoyed the games and air hockey table. Beds were comfy and the house was decorated perfectly. We had such a great time staying here. It was difficult to leave. I have stayed at several rentals in Van Buren and this is now our top choice.

My words, I'm sure can not come close to expressing how much my daughter & I enjoyed our stay. Let's just say it was awesome & I would give it a 10 star rating if offered. The house was so warm & cozy. It had so many extras from the Host to make our stay the best stay possible. The Host truly genuinely cares for their guests that stay. They went beyond to make sure the house had plenty of items for all ages including tge adults to have a fantastic time just at the house without going anywhere at all. If your looking for a place that holds all your family & can provide comfort, fun, quality time, peacefulness, clean, outside activities, & close to all activities then look no more....this is the house & host for the all in one stay. Chose Van Buren as a getaway with my family. Found this gem. Every little detail from Halloween pillows and candy for the fall festival in town, down to the snacks, welcoming sign, firpit for roasting marshmallows, over the top decor and bedding and the arcade for the kids. Was not expecting all the excellent traits to this cabin. Definitely will book again.

Pypers Place is AMAZING

Absolutely Amazing! Very clean, quiet area, with wonderful amenities. We decided to go tubing for our anniversary and this was perfect. We didn’t get to do anything except on one evening because of the rain. The cabin had video games and things so that was good. Cabin was well furnished with everything. Only thing is the internet was spotty a lot, but we would most definately stay again and recommend it.
