The Borgo degli Ulivi is a large country house surrounded by nature on the first hills of Bologna, consisting of two apartments adjacent to each other and superimposed: Garden on the ground floor and Landscape on the first floor, with several common areas: a large garden, a large infinity pool with a wonderful view of the surrounding hills, open from 09.00 to 18.30 and from 15 May to 15 September and an independent bbq area. The property is located in the center of an area famous for: the cities of art (Bologna, Ferrara, Modena, Ravenna, Parma, Mantua, Verona), for the renowned Emilian cuisine (pasta-tortellini, lasagna, tagliatelle; cured meats and hams, traditional balsamic vinegar, wines, etc.), for engines (Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Ducati, Pagani Zonda). In addition to this, in the surroundings, you will have the opportunity to practice your favorite sports: cyclotourism with the possibility of renting bikes, jogging in nature, golf (2 courses at 5 and 15 minutes), horseback riding (riding stables at 500 meters), archery (shooting range in the country at 300 meters). You will be spoilt for all these opportunities and we will be happy to help you in your choices and suggest the most suitable proposals for you.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi.
