Nestled in a small hamlet, facing the majestic Château de Losse and just 200 metres from the Vézère, this charming stone house offers an ideal setting for a stay in the heart of the Black Périgord. Able to accommodate up to 6 people, it features a lovely enclosed garden with outdoor furniture, a barbecue for convivial meals on summer evenings, and a ping-pong table. Nearby, the village of Valojoulx offers a gourmet market on Friday evenings in summer, as well as a local producers' self-service grocery store. A perfect place to enjoy the tranquillity, nature, and riches of the region.



Open the door and go directly to the fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee grinder and all the necessary kitchen utensils to make you good meals) and with a dining table for 4 people.



Take the corridor on the left and discover a large living area of approximately 30 m². You can share your meals around the dining table for 6 people or relax in the lounge area, equipped with a sofa and a television. A pellet stove is at your disposal to warm the room if necessary.



The night spaces are accessible by two distinct staircases. The kitchen staircase leads to two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and WC. The first bedroom has two single beds (80x190 cm), while the second, ideal for children, is equipped with a bunk bed with a 140x190 cm bed at the bottom and a 90x190 cm bed at the top. The living room staircase leads to a large master bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm), a bathroom with a shower, a reading area, and an independent WC.



For added comfort, a washing machine is at your disposal during your stay.
