Villa in the cozy holiday park Domaine Les Rives des l'Ardèche for eight people with a private pool. There are around 100 holiday villas in the holiday park, the guests can make free use of the tennis courts and the communal swimming pool.

Spacious living room with sitting area and fireplace, television with Dutch channels. Dining room with dining area and double sliding door giving access to the covered terrace. Open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer, oven and microwave. Washer and dryer available.
The villa has four bedrooms, all suitable for two people. There is a fan in each bedroom. There are two bathrooms. The first is on the ground floor, with a shower and sink and the second bathroom is on the first floor, with bath, sink and toilet. Because the bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin downstairs, without high entry, the villa is also suitable for disabled people.

Perfect huis en voorzieningen

Hele mooie woning, erg verzorgd. Pluspunten vooral, verwarmd zwembad waardoor het in oktober nog heerlijk zwemmen is in je eigen zwembad. Jeu de boulebaan in je tuin. Zeer complete inventaris in huis voor Franse begrippen. De afstand tot de rivier is 5 minuten lopen. Supermarkten 5 minuten met de auto. Prachtige omgeving om met de auto een ritje te maken. Voor de kinderen, kartbaan klimbos op korte afstand. Voor de pappa,s golfbaan op een half uurtje.

Prachtige goed verzorgde woning met een geweldig uitzicht. Leuk park voor zowel jong als oud met goede voorzieningen. In de tuin een heerlijk zwembad en een jeux de boules baan. Op fietsafstand van leuke dorpjes en een prachtige omgeving.

In Augustus waren wij in dit mooie huis in Pont d’arc. Prachtige omgeving en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk zwembad het was fijn om na een dag op pad te zijn geweest een frisse duik te nemen. Wij komen graag terug! B de Jong

Zeer fijne vakantievilla

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in deze prachtige villa. Het huis lag op een mooie goed bereikbare plek in het park, met alle faciliteiten in de buurt. Ook was het huis goed onderhouden en schoon. WiFi ook aanwezig. De eigenaren hebben zelfs jeu de boule, tennisbadjes e.d. In huis voor eventuele huurders, dat was erg leuk. Het park is ook niet al te ver van het super gezellige dorpje vallon pont ‘d arc. Ook is er elke dag wel ergens een markt in de buurt. Al met al een hele fijne vakantie gehad, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!
