This sumptuous duplex two-bedroom Palazzino forms part of the historic St.Augustine priory which is one of Valletta's oldest buildings.
It is located in the center of Valletta, minutes away from most tourist sites, museums, and popular restaurants and cafes, yet in a quiet street.
This large property is a real marriage between Maltese heritage and modern design.
As one walks into the apartment, you are immediately embraced by the high ceilings, arches, and large natural stone which truly capture the architectural heritage of the original building.
On the ground floor, the property offers an immense marble shower room, with 2 shower heads and a toilet, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The large stone staircase leads to the main living area which comprises of an open-plan kitchen/living/dining and two double bedrooms, the main one having a marble ensuite bathroom (without a toilet). One of the bedrooms gets its privacy from beautiful tick curtains, to match the Art Decor design of the house
The floor is made of the original Maltese tiles, giving to the property a traditional feel.
