This beautiful duplex apartment is located in the center of Valletta, yet on a quiet street, steps away from a bus stop. It is very close to many touristic attractions and sought-after restaurants whilst being just a 2-minute walk to a rocky beach where you can swim.



On the ground floor, the property comprises of a living room with a very comfortable double sofa bed with a thick mattress.

The master bedroom is spacious and has been tastefully furnished and has 2 balconies. It has also a large walk-in wardrobe.

The property also offers a working area with a desk, as well as a washroom with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The main bathroom on the ground floor has a lovely bath, perfect for those who wish to relax after a day sightseeing or working.
