Beautiful reception area. Close to the zocalo. Morning manager recommended a textile shop to go to rather than look around myself saving me a LOT of time. Her recommendation was really helpful and I was able to find the weaving, textiles, items I had hoped to buy.

Quite centered, close to shops, in the afternoon hard to find parking beside the street infront of the hotel. Hotel is a nice 200 years old building. Bathroom is small though and amenities is lacking so you have to ask for cotton buds, hair dryer or extra towel at the front desk. They don't have shower cap. Overall it is nice and cozy.

Really well located and close to the bus station! Felt very safe around the neighbourhood as well. The room was clean but a bit dated and for the price (in comparison to other places in Valladolid), I did expect a little more to the quality. The pool was very lovely and the staff were friendly!

We arrived,Garbereli Garcia welcome us with VIP upgrade no cost. She give bevarage complement ticket, up grade our room ground level because my wife has a mobility limited condition, Hotel very clean in and out. quiet we relax during stay.
