DISCUSSTING!】

I have used this accomodation for my travels since 8 years now and 2 times a year. The service level is wors and wors... yesterday one cleark more ore less told me when i said " i dont speak france" that he told in bad eng " when you are in France, then you also must respect and understand our langue"... I think i dont need to say more about that!! And the place are more and more dirty and worned out. Thank for this years, now new place when i passing by and maybee some cleaner and more friendly hotel.

Stop over stay with Campanile

We found the hotel to be one of the well run and managed hotels, sometimes they can be badly managed but this one was excellent. It was our second stay at this establishment and food was good, service excellent and well recommended

Hotel well situated for stop over on A6

The hĂŽtel was of the usual high quality expected of a French Campagnile hotel. However the customer relations was very poor. I had the impression that the staff didn't like their job. In the morning to check out there was no sign of a receptionist so I rang the reception to get someone to come! I paid and I was dismissed with all the warmth of a robot. I will use the hotel again because of the convenience but will go out in the evening to eat and hopefully find somewhere more welcoming.

Couldn't get any closer to where I needed to be.

I had been told that the Campanile was not so great, but I found it to be just fine. Clean, nice room, comfortable bed, plenty of working area...so I would stay again if the need were to arise. Exactly where I needed to be (near work), but not much else in that particular area....great for work, probably not for touristy stuff (a little under 2 miles to walk into town). Bus service just outside that can get you right into the middle of town.

Impossible d’accĂ©der Ă  la chambre. On appelle pour avertir qu’on arrive vers 23h30. Le monsieur au tĂ©lĂ©phone nous donne le code du portail, le code de la boĂźte Ă  clĂ© n*2 et le numĂ©ro de chambre (111). ArrivĂ©s sur place, on trouve la carte magnĂ©tique de la chambre on monte
 impossible d’ouvrir. Une fois, deux fois, dix fois
 rien Ă  faire. ForcĂ©ment y a personne, au un numĂ©ro d’urgence, idem pour hĂŽtels.com
 Au bout de 15 min, on repart (11h de route sans dormir) Depuis, j’ai appelĂ© le lendemain pour ĂȘtre remboursĂ©, vers 11h30. On me dit « on est en plein service du petit dej , dĂšs que la chef arrive, elle vous appelle pour trouver une solution ». Il est 16h, j’attend encore. Perso, je veux juste ĂȘtre remboursĂ©e. Rien d’autre.
