Ground floor: living room, kitchen, mezzanine with office, separate WC. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with shower room (walk-in shower) and private WC (1 double bed 140x200 cm). 2nd floor under slope: open bedroom with bathroom (walk-in shower) and private WC (2 single beds 80x190 cm), dormitory with bathroom (walk-in shower) and private WC ( 6 single beds 80x190 cm and 4 single bunk beds 80x190 cm). Sheets included, beds made on arrival. Private tarmac course and 1 parking space. Very comfortable gîte enjoying a privileged location in the heart of the Haute Maurienne valley. Interior carefully decorated, cozy and warm. Mountain spirit. Large rooms. Dormitories with private bathroom. Gîte ideally located in the heart of Haute-Maurienne, in the traditional village of Bramans, on the edge of the Vanoise National Park and near the Italian border. Privileged location 12 km from the resort of Val Cenis. Bramans has 2 Nordic areas (village at 1250m altitude and Planay at 1700m), totaling 40km of routes which are a delight for cross-country skiers. Shops and services 12 km. Close to all outdoor activities: hiking, mountain biking, etc.
