Gite on the ground floor in the owners' house, comprising an entrance hall with cupboards, a living room-kitchen and living room with Bluetooth speaker, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm; 1 single bed 80x190 cm), a bathroom (access to the shower by a step), separate WC. Terrace with garden furniture. Electrical socket for bicycles in the owners' garage. Private parking in front of the cottage or public parking on the main road. Located along the main road leading to Bonneval sur Arc and the Col de l'Iseran, this single-storey cottage is easily accessible to shops and services. The wooden furniture, some of which was made to measure by the owner's son, gives this renovated cottage a warm mountain charm. The living room is spacious and bright overlooking the small terrace where it is possible to have lunch. Bicycles can be stored in the owner's garage.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an ironing board, and a travel crib. Housekeeping is available on request.
