Access to a summer hiking or winter snow shoeing trails leading to the top of the Lionshead Gondola through the national forest. Easy access to 1-70 and frontage road. West Vail Mall (Safeway, City Market, McDonalds, Christy Sports, and more) is only a few minutes away. Cascade lift about 4 minutes away. Lionshead and Vail Village about 7 minutes.
