Nice place

Nice place to stay. Convenient to the slopes. Shuttle runs regularly.

Front desk staff when checking in was rude, went back to ask about the shuttle and he was again rude. Did not receive check in code or information so that frustrated the front desk staff. Fan in living room did not have a chain so it would not turn on.

Bargain in Vail

A solid 1 bedroom with well equipped kitchen. Units are dark but good space. Quick ride to Lionshead to ski or catch bus to Vail. Bus back from Vail Transportation Center is easy. 1/2 Front desk staff could have been more helpful other 1/2 was quite helpful.
