Stellar location
You could not possibly stay closer to the mountain if you tried! The condo is small, but well equipped. The daily housekeeping service is a great perk. We just wish the sofa bed was more comfortable.

A bit noisy
Very nicely appointed condo in great location. But during summer, it’s a bit noisy. With no A/C, doors must be open all day and night. The nearby playground starts up shortly after 7:00am. And the units balconies sit just above a restaurant patio playing background music from 10:00am to 9:30pm. If you’re not bothered by this, then I highly recommend this unit.

Beware there is no A/C
I typically do not leave negative reviews. I feel inclined to insure this experience doesn’t happen to anyone else. There is no A/C in this unit. During the summer, this made our stay less than ideal. The location is phenomenal, but if I had known there was no A/C, I would have booked elsewhere.

Perfect location for a ski vacation
Our recent stay at this property exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were thrilled by its prime location, just steps away from the gondola, a variety of restaurants, and convenient ski rental shops. The convenience alone made our trip incredibly smooth and hassle-free.
One of the standout features of our stay was the added bonus of having the room cleaned during our visit. Coming back to a refreshed and tidied space was a delightful surprise.
This is now one of our favorite spots to rent when we are at Vail.

Great location and service
The staff and checkin process was incredible and the location is as good as it gets. There was no A/C so we slept with the patio doors open which was pleasant, but noisy when the bars closed and kids woke up to play in the playground right outside. The place was a little dated and cramped, but it worked fine for our visit.

Excellent location
Loved the convenient location of this condo right at the fountain near Gondola One. Couldn't have been easier to use the ski lockers for gear and walk right out to Gondola One. Loved watching the early mountain gondola operation and movement of staff from our deck slider. Mexican restaurant below noisy during apres ski if the slider was open but we loved it as it made us feel part of the action even if we were hanging inside with our 15 year old. The pool at the Christiania was perfect hot tub temperature with jets and a beautiful view. Small walk to get there but no big deal. We would stay here again. Perfect for 3 or 4 people. Tight for more than that. We could not imagine how you would work out using the pull out sofa and still be able to move around the central living area of the unit.

Spring Break with the kids
Great location. No complaints except we had no hot water the morning we were leaving. Told the one Employee I could find during check out. She couldn’t care less. She said she would tell maintenance. Not a “ I’m sorry” or “ is there anything I can do for you”. Nothing. Zero customer empathy. For that kind of money you would expect more concern shown from the management staff.

Pre-ski season stay!
My wife and I stayed here a few days before ski season at Vail. The room was perfect and literally a stones throw from the gondola. Would stay here again!

Great location
Overall great location right at center of town. Check-in process was seamless, parked right at Christiana hotel and walked to entrance (not far). Only issues were washer then dryer broke while staying and took a few days to fix. We were given keys to a neighboring unit to do laundry so that was ok. The unit is a little dated (coffee maker on its last leg), and lacking some basics (mixing bowls, old cookware), but location made up for it.

Great spot
Great spot, smaller property but location makes up for it. It really is awesome to be at the top of the village. Check in is at an adjacent hotel, which was fine as, just need to be aware of it. There is no onsite parking so travel light

Great location! Very convenient and close to everything. Awesome!!!
This is as close as it gets to Gondola One, Vail. Ski lockers on hill side lower level of building are steps away. Unit is small but clean and has everything one needs. We loved it. Worked fine for family of four. Thanks!

Cold needed maintenance
We checked in the room was 53 degrees. Tried to start the fireplace to warm it up it didn’t work. Called the desk sent up a tech could not fix it. Said they had been working on it so knew it was broken. Breaker was off to the heat good thing we knew to check it. Took a day to warm up as it is a radiant heat. Advertises pool and hot tub but those are off site. Wires hanging down from light in hall way. Emailed the issue of the heat and fireplace the first day and no response. Great location but would not book again so many better places in Vail. Apparenyno one cared we had issues.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!
Super cute and quaint unit. Perfect for 2. Sleeper sofa is a little small. Nice decor, clean and had everything that we needed. Would stay here again. My only suggestion is getting a new coffee maker and toaster. Both pretty old.
