男性キャビンで予約していたが 女性になってるとフロントに言われた 予約する時に間違えたのかと謝罪して 変更してもらった。 Hotels.comの予約詳細を見たらやはり自分は間違えてなくフロントに予約画面を見せたら、 じゃあこちらのミスですね、で終わった。 なんかむかついた。 それとタオルの追加で料金がかかるスパは初めてだった。
