Positives: -sehr schön gestalteter Eingangsbereich mit Teich, Brücke und Deko -Essens Bereich war außergewöhnlich schön, Mitarbeiter waren sehr schnell beim Nachfüllen und Abräumen, tolle Beleuchtung zudem gab es auf jeden Tisch kleine Lampen die man selbstständig bei Bedarf anschalten kann -das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich schön ,sehr geräumig, -das Bett war SEHR bequem( wir haben lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen) zudem gab es 3 sehr Kissen für jeden Gast - Bademantel vorhanden -Kühlschrank der gekühlt hat -Sehr viel Möglichkeiten die Kleidung unterzubringen -sehr schöner Poolbereich (zwei Saunen mit der Möglichkeit früher an machen zu lassen) -Pool geöffnet von 6 Uhr bis 22 Uhr -Mitarbeiter haben Deutsch gesprochen -sehr ruhig,sehr Schallisoliert -Sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage -Direkt gegenüber befindet sich die dazugehörige Beach Bar mit leckeren Speisen und Getränken zu erschwinglichen Preisen - im Eingangsbereich befanden sich Automaten mit Getränken, Snacks und Drogerie Artikel sowie eine Mikrowelle -Sehr gutes Internet Negatives: -zu wenig Harken für Handtücher -Toilettenpapier Halterung zu dicht an der Toilette, wir müssten das Toilettenpapier abnehmen, daher war der Halter bereits Lose -Tägliche Reinigung wäre besser nicht nur wenn man darum bittet (Sand vom Strand) -das Wasser im Pool viel zu kalt -die Düsen im Whirlpool waren teilweise Defekt -im Poolbereich die Toilettentür ist aus Glas war nicht ausreichend Blickdicht

Es war angenehm aber hier und da merkt man, dass das Hotel 3,5 Sterne hat. Wobei ich nur 3 geben würde. Denn an vielen Stellen waren Beschädigungen an den Wänden, Türrahmen und anderen mehreren Ecken. An Heizkosten wurde sehr gespart und das finde ich in einem Wellness Hotel fragwürdig. Ich habe oft gefroren. Die Heizung war tagsüber nicht an… Der Pool war kalt…Der Massageraum war genauso wenig geheizt… Das Bett war sehr unangenehm. Als Paar wurden zwei Betten zusammen geschoben. Die Matratzen und die Laken. Alles hat sich verschoben. Man musste immer wieder alles zurecht schieben. Nicht wirklich gemütlich. Wie fast in jedem Hotel das gleiche Problem beim Duschen, es nicht zu schaffen das Badezimmer nicht unter Wasser zu setzen. Das finde ich sehr problematisch.. Ich möchte nach dem Duschen nicht immer wieder das ganze Badezimmer wischen… Die Absenkung von den Fliesen, die eine Glasscheibe tuen keine guten Dienste das Badezimmer vor Überflutung zu schützen.. Ich würde sagen, nicht clever verbaut. Auf dem Zimmer haben mi kleinere Annehmlichkeiten gefehlt. Wie Schlappen für den Wellnessbereich und einen Kugelschreiber. Fazit: Wenn man günstig einen Wellness Urlaub verbringen möchte und über solche Unannehmlichkeiten hinwegsehen kann. Kann hier gut Urlaub machen. Denn das Wellness Angebot für die Preise sind vielfältig und von guter Qualität! Das Frühstück war genauso vielfältig und es hat uns geschmeckt. Das Personal war nett. Es gibt genug bezahlbare Parkmöglichkeiten.

Leider werden unsere „ Mitteilung an das Hotel“ immer nicht weitergeleitet. Beim Check in wusste niemand davon. Das war ärgerlich. Ist uns schon öfter bei Hotels com passiert. Das nächste Mal doch direkt beim Hotel buchen…. Ansonsten klasse Hotel

Das Hotel haben wir kurzfristig für ein Kurzurlaub gebucht,incl Parkplatz. Unbedingt ein Parkplatz im Vorfeld reservieren ! Schönes Hotel. Das Check in ging schnell und reibungslos . Hatten ein DZ LUX mit Blick auf die Ostsee, konnten vom Bett aus den Sonnenuntergang beobachtet. Das Frühstückt fanden wir sehr gut,für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Das Personal im gesamten Hotel war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit . Die Strand Bar MAX gegenüber ist absolut empfehlenswert. Ausblick, Essen, Getränke …Daumen hoch Wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter.

Leider nur Einzelbetten im Doppelzimmer und durchgelegene Matratzen. Der Spabereich hat nur eine sehr kleine Sauna ohne Ruheraum und ist okay für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zum entspannen. Gepflegtes Hotel mit hohem Comfort

Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal freundlich und die Massagen (Ganzkörper-Lymphdrainage & HotStone) sehr zu empfehlen! Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna sind nicht überfüllt, aber leider ging der Whirlpool nicht. Das Frühstücken und Abendbrot ist sehr lecker und frisch, jedoch könnte die Auswahl etwas größer sein. Wir würden auf der Durchreise immer gerne wieder für 1-2 Nächte vorbeikommen! :) Das einzige, was etwas unglücklich ist, dass es nicht genug Parkplatz vom Hotel aus gibt. Außerhalb der Saison kann man noch in der kleinen Straße parken, aber in der Saison hat man schon mehr Probleme dann einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Gleich über die Straße ist die Uferpromenade und dann die Ostsee. Sehr ruhig und trotzdem sehenswert. Die Spa Angebote sind der Hammer! Immer wieder gerne.

Nettes Empfangspersonal und Reinigungspersonal.Sehr schön weihnschtlich geschmückt. Gutes Frühstücksbüffet ,leider nur eine langsame Kaffeemaschine. Das Wasser im Schwimmbecken war sehr kalt.Das Bad im Zimmer hätte etwas moderner sein können.

Wir hatten ein Super Deluxe Zimmer. Das Zimmer an sich war gut, dass einzige was zu bemängeln war, das Bad 🛀 da ist ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem. Da wir auch mit Hund 🐶 da waren waren wurde auch für ihn sehr gut gesorgt auch die Reinigung war top. Auch das Frühstück war gut 😊. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel weiter empfehlen 👍
