Charming stone house with extraordinary panoramic views of the Chaîne des Puys and the Cézallier, located in a hamlet of one of the Most Beautiful Villages of France, Usson! Take advantage of this superb gîte, with its exceptional location and top-of-the-range services. La Maison de Chapelle is an old family farm, dating from the 19th century and completely renovated in 2020. A stay in a real haven of comfort awaits you! The gîte is made up of a magnificent and bright open plan living room-kitchen overlooking the pleasant and well-kept garden. You will enjoy the splendid view from the living room. At the same level, an independent toilet. Half a floor above, is the laundry room, which is also the entrance to the gîte, a perfect technical and storage room! On the first floor: two spacious and pleasant bedrooms with one 160 bed each, one bedroom with two single beds, a very comfortable bathroom and a separate toilet. We like: the refined materials and decoration of the place! Outside, you will enjoy the adjoining green garden, from where you will have the pleasure of sharing good meals on the terrace in the shade of the chestnut tree ... For your comfort, everything is included. WIRELESS. Private parking in front of the gîte. House adjoining a residential house. Many activities nearby: Usson, its black stone vineyard houses and the ruins of its castle: place of exile of Queen Margot, basalt organs, Parentignat castle, Heritage House in Sauxillanges, town of Issoire and its abbey church Saint-Austremoine, masterpiece of Auvergne Romanesque art.
