Cozy and friendly stay

My mum and I had a very cozy stay at the posada. It is located in quiet residential neighborhood just a few streets away from the Main Street in Ushuaia, making it very convenient. The staff is very friendly and we met other very friendly travelers while lounging in the communal living room.

Serene, quiet and charming B&B within a 10 minute walk from the center of town. An ideal setting for those planning an active Ushuaia trip to keep you fully energized in comfortable rooms with the necessities, cozy and chill common area for a full breakfast, all day snacks, socializing, and an outdoor terrace for extra fresh air and a few puffs. Super friendly staff and has great character

Stayed here for just 1 night before I joined my tour group since I wanted another day to explore Ushuaia. The staff were extremely friendly, nice, and helpful and the place has a ton of character. A quick 5-10 minute walk to the high street so it's close to everything. Only recommendation would be to tidy up the walls and hide exposed pipes that don't seem necessary anymore - otherwise a perfect place!

A relaxed and friendly place to stay. Only 6 blocks up the hill from main shopping street. Loved the character in art, architecture and decor. Several common areas to relax in both inside and out. Tea and coffee available all day.

NEVER STAY HERE

Never stay here. The owner is an aggressive liar. The room did not match the amenities on the website. Both hotels.com and the hotel misrepresented us. The room was a fire hazard with no lighting on the private staircase, lose wires hanging from a light well, no linen available for the used duvet, no blackout blinds as advertised, half the windows without curtains and some curtains were bits of old cut cloth hung randomly, bathroom and toilet doors jammed, food left out uncovered in common areas day & night and a resident cat climbing over the food area. We had to leave the hotel before spending a single night here. Hotels.com have so far failed to refund the payment despite the website being untrue and the accommodation being sub standard. We are now pursuing every channel to get our money back. NEVER STAY HERE and think carefully before using hotels.com. This company has no interest in customers apart from taking their money.

Comfortable place

We stayed here 3 nights. Had a large room with a comfortable bed. The room was warm (it was 2'C outside) as it had gas heaters. We were a bit concerned about them as there were no instructions on how to work them but the manager showed us how. Some of the lights in our room didn't work well. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. They even did some coffee and cake for us the morning we left as it was before breakfast time. It's a bit out of town, up a hill. We had a car but if you don't it would be a reasonable walk. Lots of stairs in the house and not very well lit.
