"Hotel located very close to city centre and in quiet area, adjacent to a large park and 5 min walk to Botanical gardens. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Limited car parking available. Modern glass lift to 4th floor. Breakfast adequate with cooked and cold foods and plenty of coffee. Dinner very limited in choice. Room 411 was in the attic with very small window but an electric fan was provided, upon arrival the room was stifling hot."
