An authentic house in the heart of historic Burgundy
Our house has been restored in the style of a 19th century Burgundian village house. However, it has modern comfort. The atmosphere corresponds to its usual use: nature, horse riding, hunting and gourmet tours. The small village of Uncey le Franc is typically Burgundian with its 60 inhabitants and its Charolais cow farms renowned throughout the world. Ideally located in the heart of a tourist and gastronomic region, there is the possibility of doing various sports nearby. Swimming in the lake at 10 minutes, Tennis at 10 minutes, golf at 15 minutes, bike rides or along the Burgundy canal. Horse riding and yacht charter 15 minutes away. Many local activities with picturesque markets, exhibitions and concerts throughout the summer. Uncey le Franc is 40 minutes from Dijon (the capital of the region with its museums and the old town) and Beaune (in the heart of the vineyards). 1h30 from Lyon, 2h30 from Paris or Geneva. An authentic country house close to major tourist towns. We love our region and can welcome our guests (our main house is 10 km away) to guide them according to their sporting or cultural tastes and preferences.

Entspannung auf dem Land
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem beschaulichen Ort Uncey-Le-Franc. Das Haus hat eine gute Atmosphäre und einen schönen kleinen Garten, wir haben uns besonders über den Kamin gefreut.

Accueil chaleureux malgré notre heure tardive d arrivee! Maison de famille tres bien placée dans un village typique. Proche de nombreux sites,du canal de Bourgogne et ses écluses ideales pour randonnees à pied et à vélo.
Maison très bien équipée. Beau cachet .avec un exterieur fermé.

Ruhig und erholsam
Ein geräumiges Haus mit viel Platz für eine grosse Gruppe/Familie. Das Dorf ist eher klein und verschlafen und die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Landschaft ist—wie fast überall im Burgund—wunderschön mit vielen Wander- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Repos et retrouvailles familiales favorisés dans une telle maison
Cette maison ancienne nous a énormément plu au moment de notre réservation. Elle semblait avoir une âme, avec ses poutres, ses trophées de chasse, son salon bibliothèque, ses couleurs chaudes... Arrivés sur place, nous avons été davantage conquis, dans ce petit village ancien, et avons apprécié le confort de la maison et son petit jardin agréable.

CALME ET REPOSANT
Petite commune en retrait de la route. Endroit calme et reposant . Campagne avec collines verdoyantes. Proximité de points d'eau pour la baignade et énormément de visites touristiques possibles environnantes ou légèrement plus éloignées (côte des vins, Hospices de Beaune à 30 minutes, Dijon à 40 minutes ....)

Séjour en terre Bourguignonne +++
Nous avons logé à 8 dans la maison de Joaquin une petite semaine à la fin d'année 2020. Nous nous y sommes senti comme à la maison ! La cuisine est tout à fait équipée pour se faire de délicieux plats. Nous avons largement profité de la bibliothèque pour ces longues soirées d'hiver que nous connaissons tous. Il ne manquait que l'utilisation de la cheminée, malheureusement indisponible.. Nous avons cependant profité du poêle disponible dans le grand salon. Nous avons pu faire des jolies ballades dans la forêt juste à côté !
Joaquin est d'une très grande disponibilité et très réactif sur les messages, c'est un sans faute !
