I booked the lease expense room because I was only staying for one night. The room was very difficult to get comfortable in. It was very small and the area to set the luggage in was very difficult to use. The ceiling was slanted in several areas of the room including the shower. I would book one of their larger rooms next time.

Cozy, efficient room and great location.

We have stayed at this hotel several times before, and if anything, it has been renovated and improved! Location is VG and price reasonable. 6€ pp is nice for a full tasty breakfast.

Nice location in Ulm

Quaint hotel, good breakfast, comfortable room by European standards. Good blinds to make room completely dark. Also a quiet location but within walking distance to the heart of Ulm.

Overall good.. But far from central station

Good hotel with very friendly staff....breakfast was also great....had a very comfortable stay...only problem was I was on 4 floor room so had to carry my heavy luggage to the room myself over the stirs....which was tiresome after a hectic journey earlier that day.....but overall was good....only problem is its not closr to the central station and by walk it wud be 15-20 mins....which is a problem

Great location!

It was a great room, however it was supposed to be a non-smoking room and obviously someone had smoked in the bathroom. The smell was horrible. Other than that it was a great stay. Perfect location!

On a business trip. It was hot and there was no air conditioning so it was uncomfortable. Room had older furniture however was clean. Breakfast was nice and front desk was friendly. I would stay there again in the winter time.

Nice mid range hotel

Nice mid range hotel in the old town of Ulm. The hotel's proximity to the old town and shopping area does mean that parking can be challenging and some noisy folks walking and talking on the cobblestones below all night. Small shower was a bit challenging for taller folks due to sloped ceiling. Our bathroom overlooked the main road and had no means of privacy due the plain glass window without window coverings and the proximity of homes directly across the street.
