Online Booking was not honored
Online Booking was not honored due to unavailability of rooms. No notice through email or phone was provided. Hotel staff said online booking is closed from Oct to Dec. Last moment we had to hunt for lodgings. Absolutely terrible. Also this seems to be an ongoing scam on most hotels here in ujjain. They charge last moment lodging seekers high rate, and do not reserve room for online bookings at agreed upon price. this allows them to inflate charges for lodging seekers.
