Close to the natural park of Ugento and just a few meters from the beautiful white sandy beaches, a charming mini-residence with four houses up to a maximum of 23 beds is born.
To make your holidays special in the structure there is a large swimming pool for exclusive use of the mini-residence with solarium area, a pine forest with hammocks, a very large barbecue area, with two barbecues, one with gas and one with wood.
In the mini-residence you can park your car internally, and rent the bikes for free to reach the most beautiful beaches of Salento.
The pool front villa has four large bedrooms (new renovation) of which 2 with en-suite bathroom, a third bathroom in the living area, a large living room and an equipped gazebo.
The distance from the most beautiful beaches in the area and from the most famous beaches (Lido Bora Bora, Lido Coco Loco, Lido Malibu, Lido Pineta and others) is just 700 m away in no more than 1 minute by car or by bike.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

Modern new house with pool

Great modern house with a great patio. Lovely pool area, but it is shared with some other houses on the property. The house has 4 bedrooms, two of them with en-suite bathrooms. The bathrooms were great, and the house fine. The kitchen was well equipped, but lacked good knives and some cutting boards. We had to buy a bread knife. The air con system worked very well. Secure parking for two to three cars behind a gate. The house was about 1.5 kilometers from the beach and the "city". It was very nice to have free rental bikes. (You have to cycle a short distance along a busy road. Maybe a bit scary with smaller children). The communication with the owner was quite poor. Sent a message that we didn't get a response to after a few days. We were a bit nervous that we had been scammed as there also were few reviews. On the same day as check-in, we received a message about when we should check-in. When we arrived we called and they came. After that we didn't hear from the owners anymore. We had no idea how to check out, but just left the house with the keys in. Googlemaps guidance was inaccurate and it was a bit difficult to find.

wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, die Villa liegt in einen guten Lage. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind recht schnell zu erreichen. Die Villa ist mit allen Ausgestattet was man braucht und sauber. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und helfen gern.Der Pool wird jeden Tag mit einem Reinigungsroboter gereinigt. Nochmal vielen dank an Enza und Mirko !!!
