Fewo in Feldwies

Laut Ausschreibung bezugsfertig ab 16.00 Uhr. Waren um 16.15 Uhr an der Fewo. Bei Ankunft keiner da der uns sagen konnte wie wir an den Schlüssel kommen sollen. Nach zwei erfolglosen Telefonaten und als dann eine WhatsApp Nachricht geschickt wurde hat man uns gesagt wie wir an den Schlüsseln kommen. Dann kam eine zweite Nachricht das der Verwalter der Wohnung nochmals kommen muss um den Rest der Vormieter zu entfernen. Die Fewo war noch nicht bezugsfertig!!! Nachdem der Verwalter die Fewo gereinigt hatte sind nochmals 45 Minuten vergangen!! Selbst die Heizung kann man nicht selbst steuern, sondern wird vom Vermieter vorgegeben wieviel Grad und um welche Uhrzeit die Steuerung durchgeführt wird. Sowas haben wir im gesamten Leben noch nicht erlebt!

Unterkunft

Der Urlaub war eigentlich sehr schön, nur von der Unterkunft waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Offene Steckdosen(für Kinder extrem gefährlich!!),viel zu kleine und wenige Schränke um Sachen unter zu bringen, keine Couch wo man gemütlich den Urlaubstag ausklingen lassen kann und überhaubt alles sehr unbequeme Möbel. Die Gegend um den Chiemsee ist natürlich sehr schön und man kann dort immer was unternehmen. Wir würden dort gerne nochmal Urlaub machen, allerdings nie wieder in so einer Absteige!

Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft

Perfekte Lage für Kurztripps in die Umgebung, man ist schnell in Salzburg, Rosenheim, Wendelstein, Kufstein und natürlich am Chiemsee :) Übersee hat ein schönes Strandbad mit toller Gartenwirtschaft.

Anders als erwartet

Die Erwartung an die FeWo war aufgrund der schönen Fotos und der Beschreibung sehr hoch. Leider wurden wir vor Ort eines besseren belehrt. Vom Charme her ehr Bauernhaus/ Wochenendgrundstück als Chalet. Es war ok, aber noch einmal würde ich es nicht buchen - vor allem nicht für den Preis. Der Kontakt zur Eigentümerin war jedoch äußerst freundlich.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Alles da was man so braucht Leider ist das Umfeld nicht schön anzusehen . Der Nachbar scheint ein Gerümpelsammler zu sein . Baukontainer , Schrottautos …. Tolle Ausgangslage für Aktivitäten rund um den See

DG-Wohnung in einem MFH. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Vermieter konnte man jederzeit per WhatsApp kontaktieren. Nette Insider Tipps und Ausflugsmaterial vor Ort. Toller Bergblick vom Balkon. Kleine Anmerkung, der Balkon wäre mit Blumen noch gemütlicher gewesen. Unsere Kinder haben WLAN und den großen Fernseher als gut empfunden. 😀

Urlaub in Feldwies

Alles in Allem eine schöne Ferienwohnung. Einziges Manko: es fehlt eine bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit, wo man zu zweit (oder mehr) abends entspannt fernsehen und den Tag bei einem Glas Wein/Bier ausklingen lassen kann. In der Wohnung ist nur ein Sessel vorhanden. Die übrigen Sitzmöbel sind zwar praktisch, aber nicht bequem, die Sitzecke ist zu hoch, zu wenig tief und nicht besonders gut ausgeformt, also auch unbequem. Allenfalls zum Liegen geeignet - aber auch dafür eigentlich zu schmal.

Chiemsee ganz nah

Die Wohnung ist sehr ansprechend. Trotz teilweise Regenwetter hatten wir nie das Gefühl eingeengt zu sein. Auch konnte man sich auf dem überdachten Balkon gut verweilen. Sie befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit durchweg freundlichen Nachbarn. Die Nähe zum See ist fantastisch. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, und sie ist jederzeit hilfsbereit mit Tipps und erreichbar. Durch die kontaktlos organisierte Schlüsselübergabe ist man zeitlich nicht gebunden, was für uns sehr hilfreich war, da wir mitten in der Nacht ankamen. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir unterm Dachvorsprung problemlos unterstellen.

Gemütliche, geräumige Ferienwohnung

Wir haben einige sehr schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Bei Ankunft war alles sauber - wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Der Chiemsee sowie Supermärkte sind direkt um die Ecke und gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Die Sofaecke ist etwas unpraktisch zum Fernseher gelegen und an Sommertagen wird es in der Dachgeschosswohnung schon mal sehr warm - ansonsten hatten wir nichts auszusetzen :-)

Schöner Kurzurlaub am Chiemsee

Eine gemütliche und urige Ferienwohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, die für 50 qm überraschend geräumig ist! Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, in den Abseiten der Räume hätten auch noch 4 Kinder im "Matratzenlager" Platz gehabt. Alles schön renoviert, gute Ausstattung und ein großer Balkon mit Bergblick. Vom Dachfenster im Wohnraum hatte man sogar Blick auf den "Wilden Kaiser". Ruhige Lage, guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren. Unkomplizierte und nette Wohnungsübergabe
