we made request for extra roll over bed for our 6 year old son. at the check in counter, we were told to pay extra for this bed. but it was a request. so we did not get the bed

チェックイン時に追加料金を支払ってエキストラベッドをお願いしたら、出かけますかと聞かれたので出かけますと答えました。てっきり出かけてる間にセッティングしてもらえるものと思っていましたが、夜戻ってみるとセッティングされていませんでした。レセプションにはもう誰も居なかったためガードマンに説明すると、出掛けてると鍵ないので出来ないということでした。一応セッティングはしてもらいましたが、なぜマスターキーがないのでしょうか。出かけていたらベッドメイク出来ないとでもいうのでしょうか。ここはホテルではなくデイリー貸しをするアパートのようです。それにしても程度が低いです。ちなみに、トイレにも部屋にもトイレットペーパーがありませんでした。チェックアウト時にその事をつたえましたが、無視されました。ここの隣に同程度の料金のカビンブリホテルがあるのでそちらに泊まるべきです。
