Pleasant stay.

Overall, pleasant stay. The housekeeper was an adorable lady who was available for our needs. You can reach the manager by sms. House is in need of renovation and wasn't very clean. Could do better in cleaning and general maintenance. But the house configuration is great. We enjoyed the patio. House is big and has the main things needed fridge, bowls and cutlery. No dish soap. Bed are big, mattresses are a bit hard. Aircon working perfect. Shower is cold water with little pressure. Beware of the mosquitoes and I'll recommend to get citronella candle if you stay out. Also ensure to buy repulsive. House is near a school so from 8.30am it's rather noisy. Nights are quiet and peaceful. It is at least 10-15 min walk to the main area or any shop. It's a bit away. So if you are travelling with smallies it might be challenging. Thank you for the stay.

Bad experience

I didn't even check into the hotel. When i arrived at 12.00pm the reception office was locked. I called a telephone number on the door bit got no answer. I waited another 40 mins before an old lady showed up . She spoke no English but 8ndicated on my watch to come after 2.00pm. I decided then that if this is the standard of service I was going to get iI will not check in even though I have paid for 2 nights. My overall impression is the property is really old and there is no service provided of any kind.

The hotel is conveniently located, clean, friendly, and an amazing deal for the price. I went at a slow time and they upgraded me to a whole guesthouse to myself for free.

Good location behind the central plaza, on same road as Bangkok Hospital, so easy to find, and quiet at night. Reception unoccupied when we arrived, but the lady was friendly and efficient enough. Allocated 2 double rooms instead of the family room booked. Room ok, more geared to longer term stays with kitchen/lounge area. The bed wasn't very comfortable, though. Overall, an okay place to stay, clean and functional, with convenient location and a good price.
