I stayed at Pertiwi Resort & Spa in Ubud for 4 nights and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The resort is surrounded by lush greenery and the place feels very relaxing and close to nature. The location is perfect - right in the heart of Ubud, yet quiet and peaceful. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice view of the garden. I particularly liked the pool area and the traditional Balinese design of the resort. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was good, although there is room for improvement in the variety. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, natural retreat in Ubud.

The place was handy with access to both the busy street on the east and the quieter street on the west. great spot to explore monkey forest and the rice fields from. The bed sheets and towels are stained but looked clean-ish.

The staffs are not friendly except 1 young lady in the lobby. Most of the staffs did not smile and expected a tip even though they didn’t do a good job. The room had a lot of bugs, and the bathroom had leakage. Online advertised no fee for extra bed, but we were charged for it when we got there.

Great staff. A real open lobby, a beautiful large bedroom with patio. Wake up to monkeys around you since you’re next door to the Monkey Forest ❤️. The pool is incredible and so is the breakfast and massage areas. You feel like you’re in the jungle but 2 minute walk towards the lobby and you’re on the Main Street. Great location. All staff smile and great you all day long. You’ll love it 👌

The place is amazingly located and gives you the option to enjoy the village orto stay quieltly in when the evening comes . The Staff was super sweet and helpfull . Big thanks to them all. Downside , i was staying in one of the private villa with private pool and the villa itself was showing its age... a small renovation will be helpful. At the end I had à blast , i was visiting Ubud for the 3rd time and it always finds new ways to amaze me !

There was not anything major just a lot of little things that were not to my liking. The path through the property was beautiful but steep in places and I felt like I was going to slip on the smooth pebbles. There was a step down into the bathroom that surprised me several times! cabinet doors made a noise when you pulled them open and the nobs were loose! Patio doors had big gaps. Like I said little things. The property is located in a great place, allowing you to walk around Ubud and enjoy the local area. The staff were amazing friendly and kind
