The apartment is available for the new year, it is a super new apartment, in a newly built condominium (works finish 21/12/2019, but the apartment is ready), is on the first floor, has stairs to climb, is approximately 1,5 km from the beach of Maranduba.
We are working with package of at least 6 days for the new year, for $ 3. 500
Apartment has barbecue on balcony, 50 "tv in living room, 32" TV in one bedroom, all very new, reclining sofa with comfortable chaise, double box bed, two king single box beds with auxiliary beds.
The two bathrooms are equipped with a super shower Lorenzetti, where you can enjoy an invigorating bath after a day of fun on the beach.
Fully equipped kitchen. It has a microwave, oven, 4-burner triple-burner cooktop, 553L refrigerator, mixer, blender, and general household items.
Apartment has two parking spaces, one being covered and another discovery.
The condominium has a pool with waterfall.
