Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Disappointing

There was a bath without a screen instead of a shower. A large dead cockroach in the bathroom. Lights outside the bedroom window that were not switched off. Naked, exposed wiring where the switch for the bedside lamp should be ( I could have electrocuted myself reaching for the switch at night!). Very noisy water pipes from 3am. The bed was clean and comfortable but the roach had spoiled it all.
